As we learned from our masters who made these holster for the first time 40 years ago, we continue to make them with the same quality and workmanship for 26 years.
The most important step in the production of gun holsters is the choice of leather. The better the leather selected, the better the quality of the holster produced, and in this way, you can use it comfortably for many years.
The leather used in the production phase is cowhide.
The cowhide used is completely natural and does not contain any chemical substances.
In this way, no deformation occurs on your gun.
All materials such as sewing thread, edge paint, polish and snap fasteners that we use in the production phase of all the products we produce are of first class and superior quality.
First of all, the sheath suitable for the desired weapon is selected, then the leather cutting process begins and the edges of the holster are sanded after the leather is cut.
After this process, holster sewing is performed. Then, the sewn holster is wetted in water and the molding process is done with the mold of the selected gun model.
After the molding process, the edges of the holster, which is sewn and molded with the help of a small sponge, are carefully hand painted with black paint.
After the paint dries, with the help of another sponge, 2 layers of polish are applied to the entire holster. Thanks to the 2 layers of polish, it prevents negative factors such as water, moisture and sweat that may come into contact with the holster and damage the case.
The finished holster is left to dry for 1 day.
All of these processes are carried out with our traditional hand techniques, which have been carried out for 26 years.
